Today marked Jacob's
4th week since his emergence from mommy's womb. It was also his first day being out of the house for a 'real' trip (one that does not ONLY involve a doctor's office). We first returned to our pediatrician for a quick 1-month examination, which confirmed Jacob's extremely healthy growth pattern according to the doctor (no longer jaundiced, normal body movement, healthy growth and body weight gain:
4570 g, compared to 3487 g at birth). We then went to Jacob's grandauntie Doris' home for Mid-Autumn Festival celebration and had a nice meal with grandauntie Doris, uncle Jeff, uncle Tim, and auntie Heidi. This was Jacob's first ever home visit and we were delighted to see that he behaved really well around so many people in a strange environment. After this adventure, we are now ready to take him out more often to enjoy many many wonderful places!
